The Carbon County Steakhouse is one of the most well known and loved steakhouses in Montana and Wyoming.

Our unique modern-western ambience is a  mix of the 1800's cowboy cattle drives and contemporary fine-dining, featuring world-class wines, and diet friendly cuisines. 

We serve our guests humanely raised and locally-sourced meats from Gallagher's Natural Beef & Produce, a family owned and operated ranch in Clark, Wyoming 30 miles from our restaurant. 

Each of our steaks is hand-cut to order, our seafood is fresh, and our desserts are rich and uniquely hand-crafted from our expert culinary staff.
